NELLIE MAY (RN, RM, RMA, DMS, Prince 2 Foundation)

SENIOR CARE CONSULTANT

Nellie has over 25years nursing experience both in the NHS and private sector and 14 years in Senior Management, clinical teaching, leadership and coaching as well as turnaround management experience.

Having worked as a manager and regional manager within large corporate organisations gives her an in depth knowledge of the care sector, both in terms of regulatory, operational and financial aspects.

Over the last 14 years she has been involved in various projects to include supporting Care Homes through warning notices and also helping manage care homes which have been under embargo to be lifted.

Nellie also works with both domiciliary and care home owners to ensure compliance with regulations by carrying out audits and advising on their outcomes.

MARTIN MURRAY (FCCA, BA (Hons)

ACCOUNTANT AND FINANCIAL TAXATION CONSULTANT

Martin has over 35 years experience both in small and large corporate organisations within the accounting industry. Having worked in the private sector Martin also supports clients in start-up business plans and cash flows.

MEL JUBANE (Msc Accounting with Finance , ACCA Affiliate Member , Diploma in Business Studies)

ACCOUNTANT

Mel has over 24years experience in audit management as an Internal Auditor and Senior Auditor and has vast knowledge in organisational financial systems. He has been involved with both private and charity organisations.
